Iván Orlín Ariza Chacón / Colombia
From 2004 to 2010, Iván Orlín studied at the music conservatory of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He continued his violin studies with Colombian violinist and conductor Adrián Chamorro from 2008 to 2012.
Orlín then studied at the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía (ESMRS) in Madrid with Professor Marco Rizzi from 2012 to 2014. From 2019 to 2023, Orlín pursued his studies at the Haute École de Musique de Lausanne (HEMU) in Switzerland, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 2021 and his master’s degree in 2023 under the tutelage of Professor Gyula Stuller.
Since 2023, he has been continuing his studies at the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste (ZHDK) in Zurich.
