Olga Artyugina

OLGA ARTYUGINA (*1991, RUSSIA)

Born in 1991 in Leningrad, Olga Artyugina graduated from Special Music School (college) of St. Petersburg State Conservatory in the class of Tatiana Prasnikova in 2010 and from St. Petersburg Conservatory in the class of Professor Mikhail Gantvarg in 2015. In 2018 she graduated from the Reina Sofia School of Music in Madrid where she was a student of Master Programme in the class of Professor Zakhar Bron from 2016. At present she is doing a Master of Arts in Specialized Music Performance in the class of Professor Sergej Krylov in Switzerland. She has been a laureate of Russian and international competitions, including: V International Competition of Young Musicians (3rd prize, Tallinn), International David Oistrakh Violin Competition (1st prize, Moscow), the New Names International Competition (Grand Prix, Moscow), VI International Competition ‘Modern Art and Education’ (1st prize, Moscow),X International Independent Music Competition ‘Individualis’ (1st prize, Kiev),  VIII Mravinsky International Youth Competition (1st prize, St. Petersburg), II International Competition Rising Stars Grand Prix (2nd prize, Berlin), II All-Russian Music Competition (2nd prize, Moscow, 2014). She is a regular participant of various international music festivals in Russia and abroad, which include: ‘Moscow Meets Friends’ (Moscow, Russia), Muzikale Oktober Best (the Netherlands), XII and XIV International Conservatoire Week Festival (St. Petersburg, Russia), the Bachwoche  Ansbach Festival (Germany), V International Organ Festival (St. Petersburg, Russia) and many others. She has also been the laureate of the government prize of St. Petersburg ‘Youth Prize of St. Petersburg’ (2014). Olga Artyugina has made an appearance in philharmonic halls of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Tallinn, Berlin, Skopje, Madrid, Minsk, Kazan, Petrozavodsk and also in concert halls of Europe and Asia.
